Sponsorship opportunities

 

Below you will find several partnership opportunities to attend the MSB 2020 Symposium. We will be happy to discuss any other alternative or new opportunity that is not listed among sponsorship ones, like private dinners, awards, workshops... It is our wish to propose also customized opportunities on demand.

 

OPENING RECEPTION (limited to one sponsor) 3.500 €

Following the opening ceremony and plenary lectures, we will offer a two-hour opening reception in the rotunda of the conference center with a sea view. The reception will be organized in a pure Brittany style under the sounds of "Fest-Noz"* Festival. Your sponsorship will be prominently acknowledged during the opening ceremony, in the conference program and on conference website.

A sponsor representative has an opportunity to provide a short introduction speech following a plenary talk. This event will be exclusive for one sponsor only.

* : Fest-noz is a traditional Breton festival, with dancing in groups and live musicians playing Breton and Celtic music. Fest noz is registered as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO.

 
   
BOOTH 2.900 €

You will have a 8 s.q.m. (4m x 2m) stand throughout the whole event. The following opportunity includes carpeting, partitions, power supply, signage and furniture . Your sponsorship will be acknowledged on the conference website. Booth will be allocated by the principle “first-come, first-served”.

One full conference access badge and meals are included with the following sponsorship opportunity. 

 
   
START-UP VILLAGE PACKAGE 1.850 €

This package includes:

  • a 4 s.q.m. (2m x 2m) exhibition corner (partitions, power supply, signage and furniture
  • pitch slot during the "Start-up" session;
  • one full access badge for conferences and meals
  • company description on conference website.

To be eligible for this offer, the status of start-up must be validated by the Organising Committee. For that please provide us with a company and product description, incorporation date, number of employees.

 
   
TABLE TOP 1.450 €

The exhibitor will be provided with one table and two chairs for the entire duration of the conference. Please note that you can have a maximum of two pull-up banners at the back of your table. Pull-up banners should not block or interfere with other exhibitors.

One full access badge for conferences and meals are included. Tables tops will be allocated by the principle who “first-come, first-served”.

 
   
LUNCH SEMINAR 4.500 €/day

The lunch seminar is a unique opportunity for vendors to showcase new products and instrumentation to delegates at MSB2020.

Catering meals will be served at the venue for all the delegates.

You will be alloted 1 hour for your lunch meeting: approx. 45 min for presentation (1/3 marketing and 2/3 scientific) and 15 min Q&A .The summary of your presentation will be included in the official symposium compendium, and you will be able to distribute your documentation before leaving the session. A pull-up banner will be provided by the PCO. 

 
   
PRIVATE LOUNGE From 1.000 €

You might book for half or full day a private lounge of 30 m² with a sea view, to receive your customers in a confidential and confortable way.

 
   
EXCURSION From 1.500 €

You might become an official sponsor of the excursion to “Le Mont-Saint-Michel” on Tuesday, 7th of April.

During the excursion you will be able to distribute to the delegates your company's documentation or offer a drink, or a memorable souvenir with your brand name from “Le Mont-Saint-Michel”. 

 
   
SYMPOSIUM Bag (limited to 2 sponsors) 900 €

At registration, each delegate will receive a symposium bag, which will include a summary of the scientific program and assorted literature from sponsor. Your sponsorship will include company logo placement on the bag along with MSB 2020 logo. 

 
   
BAG INSERT 500 €/item

You may provide a promotional flyer, application note, pencil/pen, writing pad or USB drive with literature for inclusion in the delegate’s conference bag. Please note that sponsors must provide up to 300 copies of the item/USB drive for inclusion in symposium bags at least 1 week before start of meeting.
